ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a little nervous (⑅´•⌔•`)*✲ﾟ*｡ so please bare with me. When I was in high school I began to draw by sketching or drawing characters from fruit basket. One day I just bought me a sketch book from Barnes and Nobles and a ton of number 2 pencil or mechanical pencil from walmart and just stare at my TV for hours. The fruit basket I had on dvd would pause on a scene I wanted to draw. (Which was Hatori Sohma, sleeping on the sofa.) I didn't draw the circles or lines that were used as a sketch base. I just started from one small section and on to the nexte which was the pillow than the actual face and lastly the hair. Don't worry I'll tag my art to show you what came of it. It turns out it came out good so I challenged myself to see if I could do it again by doing another character and another. Back than I wasn't good enough when it came to drawing ideas from my mind and than on paper. You could say I was discouraged and eventually I stopped drawing all together when I went off to college. I was so focus on exams and test and absorbing new terminology I neglected the more and more of my artistic side. And now, well as you can see I'm trying to get back into it. It's not easy and I have a lot of failures but, to those who truly wants to draw. Don't stop keep on trying. You'll be surprise how far you come. Learn the tips and develop your own tricks your own style. I'm going to be changing styles to see which one comes naturally to me too. I'd love it more if you share with me.
